All copyright, design and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, texts and design of our website, marketing material and social media channels are and will remain the property of No Forks Given Fabrications. We will treat any infringement of these rights very seriously. No Forks Given Fabrications is a trademarked name. Anyone found to be using our name for their own gain will be dealt with according to the law.
SHIPPING AND ORDERING
The majority of our orders are sent using Royal Mail's Signed For service. We use Parcel Force for larger sculptures within the UK. Our standard postage included for all UK orders is Second Class but you are able to upgrade this to First Class or Special Delivery during the check-out process. International delivery is UPS Door to Door Tracked and Signed and is currently only available to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada due to Brexit and the stricter measures that have been introduced across Europe as a result. We arrange parcel collections throughtout the week so you will never normally be waiting more than 2-3 working days for dispatch of your order. All details are sent via email upon ordering.
Any customs charges incurred as a result of No Forks Given Fabrications posting a customer order outside of the UK are not the responsibility of No Forks Given Fabrications. You, the customer, are responsible for paying these charges correctly and fully in the destination country.
Wooden bases in their raw state (natural log slices, bark attached etc.) cannot be shipped outside of the UK.
We send out three separate emails after ordering, please ensure you check spam folders and consider adding [email protected] as a trusted contact. Every customer placing an order via this website will receive the following emails from us:
1. Confirmation of order.
2. Order is complete and being packaged.
3. Your order has been dispatched.
Checkout is available via PayPal, Stripe or Klarna. Any turnaround times you have agreed to during the ordering process on the No Forks Given Fabrications website and in the order confirmation email you recieve from [email protected] are the turnaround times that we adhere to and you, as the customer, need to follow. For example, if you choose to spread the cost of payment via Klarna and you order a Made to Order item, your item will still be dispatched within the turnaround times agreed to during ordering on this website as Klarna pay us in full before you have fulfilled your contract with them.

USA and Canada - Please allow 1-2 weeks from dispatch.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but, if for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery providing it is not a personalised item. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless it is ourselves who have made a mistake with your order. You must notify us immediately to inform us you are returning your order by emailing [email protected] and a refund (minus original postal charges) will be processed once the item is received back to us in the same condition it left us in. You must send back to us via a Recorded or Tracked service only and we will not cover the cost of return postage unless it is ourselves who have made an error in the first instance.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and with photographic evidence, a return, replacement or repair will then be arranged. If we suspect foul play, a solution will not be given. This will be worked out on a case by case basis and you must contact us on the day your order arrives at [email protected] to discuss possible outcomes.
In the event that you accidently damage or break your order at any point, you may return it to us for repair. Please get in touch via email for a price quote for this service.
In the event of items being delayed or lost in transit, No Forks Given Fabrications reserves the right to claim for the loss with Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS before offering a replacement or a refund. Lost or delayed items will be considered after a period of 10 working days from the date of posting. International orders will be subject to a longer wait to allow customs clearance. Orders placed over busy holidays, ie, Christmas or during strike action, will have longer wait periods and we ask for your patience in this regard.

PRINT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prints are professionally printed on high quality fine-art Giclee paper. They are available in a variety of sizes. All prints come unframed and unmounted. They are each signed, numbered and dated by both Jem and Neil. Prints are created from original photographs captured by Jem. Prints MUST NOT be reproduced in any format and remain the property of No Forks Given Fabrications. Prints can be returned in-line with our normal return and refund policies should you be unsatisfied in any way but you MUST ensure you package them suitably to avoid any damage on the journey back to us. This includes using acid-free tissue paper and a card-backed envelope.
BUDGET COLLECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are still getting a high quality original piece of artwork hand-crafted by us but:
- The cutlery used is less quality than our full priced pieces. Think wholesale cutlery rather than fancy dinner party cutlery.
- They may feel a bit lighter to hold and may show a few more marks than our full priced pieces.
- Because the cutlery is easier to work with due to the thinner material, we are able to create much faster with it and this is where we can reduce costs. There are also a few steps we do differently to our full priced pieces.
- You cannot choose which particular piece you get, they will be chosen and sent at random. You may get a plain or patterned tail.
- Budget version only works for very simple pieces so please don't contact us asking to create other designs in a budget version. It simply isn't possible.
- By buying a budget collection piece, you are agreeing to something that may well show more signs of previous life and feel less quality than our full price pieces.
- Budget collection pieces are made and added to the website in batches, as and when we can fit them in around other commitments.
FRAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Frames DO NOT come with any hardware for attaching to the wall. They have bespoke brackets incorporated into the back of the frame but you, as the customer, are solely responsible for supplying all other parts needed for hanging the artwork safely. You MUST ensure you use the correct screws, fittings and tools for securely and properly applying frames to whatever your wall type might be. Any damage caused to the frame or property lies solely with the customer and No Forks Given Fabrications are NOT responsible for this in any way.
Your frame features an entirely original piece of arcylic artwork on canvas board, hand-painted by Jem. The painting is double varnished to protect from UV rays and general household dirt and dust. Please only wipe with a clean, dry, soft cloth. The frame is entirely fabricated, by us, from scrap stainless steel we buy from our local engineering firm, including bespoke brackets on the back to ease with the hanging of the artwork. Each frame is made to exact specification so will vary. Some frames also come with one of our recycled cutlery creations attached. Frames are for indoor use only.
Frames are ornamental only. You MUST NOT allow anyone to hang from/pull on/fiddle with the frame. Keep frames out of reach of vulnerable people, children and pets at all times.
To hang your frame, simply push the brackets onto the screws using the bigger hole then pull down so it locates into the smaller hole. This should then lock it securely in place and will not be easy to remove unless upwards force is applied. Incorrect installation may lead to injury so please follow the advice above to the letter. No Forks Given Fabrications does NOT take responsibility for any damage or harm done due to failure to follow the above information.
HOUSE SIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
House Signs DO NOT come with any hardware for attaching to the wall. This is solely the responsibility of the customer. You MUST buy stainless steel screws (5mm countersunk) to prevent rusting and you must buy the correct type of screws for attaching your sign to the wall safely and securely. Any damage caused to the sign or property or any rust produced by installing the incorrect screws lies solely with the customer and No Forks Given Fabrications are NOT responsible for this in any way.
Your sign will come finished with weatherproof lacquer. This should last years. If you feel it may need re-doing at any point, please drop us an email to discuss the cost of this service. Should you cause any damage to your sign and, subsequently, the lacquer, you will need to cover the costs to send back to us and have it recoated. If you choose not to do this and your sign rusts, this is not the responsibility of No Forks Given Fabrications and we will not replace your sign. Repair may be provided at a cost, to be discussed in advance but this is solely at the discretion of No Forks Given Fabrications depending on the damage caused.
Single, double and triple numbers are available. The backing plate will be made larger for each number added so please bare this in mind.
Theft of the House Sign from your property is NOT the responsibility of No Forks Given Fabrications. Please ensure they are securely screwed to the wall and in sight of doorbell and/or CCTV cameras to help eliminate this problem.
House Signs are heavy and ornamental and must be kept out of reach of children at all times. Do NOT allow any person(s) to hang from or apply any weight to your House Sign.
JEWELLERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We only use ferritic stainless steel in the making of our jewellery charms. Ferritic steel is known to have little to no nickel content. Our charms and pendants have been tested by the Assay Office, Sheffield to ensure they meet the UK/EU standards for nickel release content. All of our charms and pendants passed the Nickel Elution testing process and our certificates are available upon request by emailing [email protected]. However, if you are known to have a nickel allergy, we would fully recommend you avoid this product completely.
The charms and pendants are each designed and hand-cut/formed, by us, from recycled cutlery.
The chain/cord length given is before components such as clasps and jump rings are added. Once a finished article, your jewellery item may be slightly longer, if applicable.
The cord we use is waxed cotton cord available in a variety of colours. We use an adjustable, double knot system on our cord necklaces and bracelets, please take a look at our double knot tutorial here.
If applicable to the product you are buying, our sterling silver necklaces, bracelets and anklets are not hallmarked as they do not weigh more than 7.78grams, as stated by the law. Should you wish to have a thicker or longer chain than we currently offer, this would need to be hallmarked and you would need to contact us first via email at [email protected] and expect an additional 4-6 week turnaround for this service plus extra costs incurred, at a minimum of, but not limited to, £15.
None of our jewellery items are suitable for children. By buying our necklaces, bracelets, anklets, brooches and keyrings, you are agreeing to keep them out of reach of children, vulnerable people and pets at all times.
You must not sleep in, exercise in or bathe in your item of jewellery to preserve it's life and to ensure there is no risk of injury to yourself.
If you are known to have a nickel allergy, please avoid this product completely as, although our charms and pendants have passed Nickel Elution testing, we feel it would not be worth any risk to yourself should you have a known allergy.
The pendants are made from ferritic stainless steel recycled cutlery. They have all been thoroughly cleaned before leaving our workshop.
All jewellery items and keyrings will come presented in their own gift box. Our gift boxes are made from recycled materials and are biodegradable but we would encourage you to keep your box to place your jewellery in when not being worn.
We include care and allergy instructions within the gift boxes.
To clean your charm/pendant, use a soft cloth and ensure no water is left on the surface.
To clean your silver, if applicable, use a specific silver cleaning cloth.
All charms and pendant designs belong to No Forks Given Fabrications 2019 to present day. Replicating or copying these will result in legal action being pursued.
Our normal return policies, as quoted above, apply to our non-pierced jewellery items.
As a small, family run business; we endevour to be courteous, helpful, open and honest in delivering high quality artwork and jewellery. We will always aim to be professional and positive in our approach to your queries and orders as well as effective in listening to anybody if they need to express any form of dissatisfaction. We are human, we do not employ any other people and Jem is available every day should you need to reach out for any reason. PLACING OUR WORKS OF ART OUTSIDE
You can add UV/weather resistant clear lacquer to any of our free-standing creations. If you choose not to add this on, we would advise against putting them outside. None of the wooden items are suitable for outdoors so please do not put bowls, bases, vases etc outside. We can switch bases out for groundspikes, just drop us an email to discuss this. You, as the customer, put our unprotected items outside at your own risk, No Forks Given Fabrications are not responsible for any damage that occurs in ignoring the advice given.
DESIGNS & COPYRIGHT
No persons, individual or otherwise, may reproduce any copyrighted work in any form, including but not limited to, physical or digital form. To do so would be a direct violation of the law. Works and designs displayed on any of the No Forks Given Fabrications platforms including, but not limited to, this website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok are considered protected even if they do not carry the copyright symbol. Copyright works include, but are not limited to, drawn and physical designs, policies, descriptions and any information found across all aforementioned platforms that have been created, written, designed, edited and posted by No Forks Given Fabrications.
If a copyright infringement is reported or discovered, we will take legal action, as is our right. This will begin as a Cease and Desist letter. If needed, we will send up to three letters, both to a physical address and an email address. If these are ignored, further action will ensue which may result in police report filing and/or court action.
Please remember that all of our designs take time to create. This is our livelihood and we will not take lightly to anybody found to be violating this.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
What data does No Forks Given Fabrications collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way, ie, via messaging on social media and in any emails you send to us.
When an order is placed via our website we collect any personally identifiable information that you input during the check-out process. This includes, but is not limited to:
We use Google Analytics software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page. This is non-identifiable information and cannot be traced back to you. It is used simply to see things such as which are our most visited pages, which designs are searched for most etc. and is used only to make customer experience better and to help us make the website a better browsing experience.
How do we collect this data?
This data is supplied to No Forks Given Fabrications via PayPal, Stripe or Klarna and also on our online Create.net system, which is the company we build our website with. We receive only the details you choose to share at the time of ordering. Information is stored on our website account so we can dispatch your parcel to the correct address and follow any instructions you have provided us. We also receive an email from PayPal, Stripe or Klarna and Create.net confirming a purchase has been made and the details you chose to share during the check-out process. Our website provider Create.net also stores information relating to your browsing behaviour on our website. Your details are also stored with PayPal, Stripe or Klarna in-line with their own privacy policies which can be found on each of their websites.
Why do we collect this data?
We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes;

To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support
To be able to contact our visitors and users with general updates and promotional messages
To create statistical data which we may use to provide and improve our respective services

To summarise, we require your full name and address so that we can send your parcel to the correct place of residence once it has been completed. We also ask for your email address so we can get in touch with you should there be a problem or to let you know the progress of your order. You are not required to supply a phone number at any stage unless you have ordered a larger and/or heavier item than Royal Mail will carry. A phone number is needed for courier services to keep you updated on parcel progress. If this is needed, Jem will contact you separately and privately. She can also input her phone number should you not wish to share yours.
Do we share this data?
The only time we share your identifiable personal information is to create delivery labels for your parcel. We don't and won't ever share your information in any other way.
Using Your Data for Marketing Purposes
We no longer have a newsletter. Any email addresses and identifiable information used to sign up to our previous newsletter have been permanently deleted. This is simply because we only ever sent out one or two newsletters a year and the costs to do so far outweighed any benefit. We much prefer to chat to you personally over sending out non-personal newsletters and so decided to scrap it all together.
We may contact you to notify you about changes to your account, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to send updates about our business, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws and any other agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we will contact you via email only. Please ensure you mark our email address [email protected] as Not Spam so you do not miss any communication from us.
How Do We Keep your Data Secure?
Data stored digitally
The information collected during the checkout process is stored on our website server, PayPal, Stripe or Klarna accounts and within our email account. The No Forks Given Fabrications website is hosted through Create.net. You can find their privacy policies relating to your stored data here:
We input and print shipping labels direct from our Royal Mail Click & Go account using the name and address you have inputted during the checkout process. The only time a phone number is required is for courier purposes should your order be larger and/or heavier than Royal Mail will carry. Jem will contact you separately and privately if this is needed to carry out your order.
Devices in our possession that have access to our PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, Royal Mail Drop & Go, Email and Create.net account are as follows;
Samsung S20 Mobile Device – PIN Security, Fingerprint and face authentication and 2-factor authentication across all apps.
HP Laptop - Password protected and up to date anti-virus software. All logins require 2-factor authentication for maximum security.
We employ security measures on all of our devices to ensure data is stored securely. Only Jem has access to these devices and their login details.
Data stored as a hard copy
We use names and order numbers in our order and accounting books but no further identifiable information is recorded by hand.

You may request a copy of all the data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this to you, free of charge and within a month of the original request.

Our store methods of payment are via PayPal, Stripe or Klarna. Manual invoices/BACS are available for business customers. Please contact us for this service. You do not need a PayPal account to check-out using PayPal on our website. You can check-out as a guest using a credit/debit card or choose Stripe to use your credit/debit card too. You may also sign up to Klarna's "Spread the Cost" service during the checkout process. This does not affect turnaround times as Klarna pay us in full and it is them you have the payment settlement agreement with, not No Forks Given Fabrications.
