Shipping Policy
The majority of our items are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service. The included postage for sculptures and large items is First Class Signed For. Smaller items with lesser value are sent via Royal Mail's Standard Second Class service. Each listed item in our shop has postage details at the top of it's description. Upgrade to Royal Mail's Special Delivery service is available during the checkout process.
International deliveries are sent via UPS Door to Door Tracked and Signed For service only.
Ready to post items are dispatched within 2-3 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Made to order items are dispatched within the time frames discussed during the ordering process, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Any customs charges resulting in us posting items internationally are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full at the time of notification by the customer. No Forks Given Fabrications are not responsible for any customs chargers incurred.
Wooden bases in their raw/natural state cannot be shipped outside of the UK. Please check the information at the top of item descriptions within the shop for full details.
Please count working days only when working out turnaround times. 1 week is equal to 7 working days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Estimated Delivery Times
Royal Mail First Class Signed For - 1-3 days from dispatch
Royal Mail Second Class Standard - 2-5 days from dispatch
Royal Mail Special Delivery - upto 48-hours from dispatch
UPS International - 1-2 weeks from dispatch
Forwarding Service and Third-party addresses
If you, the customer, choose to have your order delivered to a parcel forwarding company, mail forwarding address or third-party logistics service (for example, Air Business or similar), our responsibility ends as soon as your parcel is delivered to the UK address you, the customer, provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for:
A. Onward shipping, handling or delivery arranged by the forwarding service you chose
B. Any customs duties, VAT or import charges that may apply outside of the UK
C. Delays, losses or damages that occur after delivery to the forwarding company
All risk passes to you, the customer, once delivery is confirmed to the address provided during checkout.
If you choose to use a forwarding service or third party address as described above:
A. We can only process returns/refunds for items that are returned directly to us by you, the customer. We cannot accept exchanges. All return costs must be covered by you, the customer.
B. We cannot accept any liability for delays, losses, damages or non-delivery that occurs once your order has been confirmed delivered to the address provided during checkout.
C. Our proof of delivery to the UK forwarding address you, the customer, provided during checkout will be considered successful delivery of your order.
D. If a forwarding company fails to deliver your parcel, you will need to take it up with them.
You, the customer, accept all responsibility and risk by using a parcel forwarding company. No Forks Given Fabrications accept no liability for any issues that may arise.
