Refund Policy
We truly hope you will be happy with your purchase and our customer care but, if for any reason you are not, the following applies:
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery providing it is not a personalised item. Personalised items cannot be returned unless the fault lies with us, No Forks Given Fabrications (TM). You must notify us immediately after your order is delivered if you wish to return it by emailing [email protected]. A refund, minus original delivery charges, will only be processed once the item arrives back with us in the exact condition it left us in. Please ensure you package any items sufficiently and use a tracked delivery service only. We, No Forks Given Fabrications (TM), will not cover the costs of return postage unless the order is being returned due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately after delivery is made. Please include full details including photographic evidence by emailing [email protected]. A return, repair or replacement will be arranged accordingly and will be discussed with the customer before any decisions are made. If we suspect foul play in any way, we reserve the right to take lawful action and permanently ban the individual involved from our website, email and social media channels.
